We provide our customers 3 main ways to raise a support ticket. If you like a chat, our support team are available by phone to raise tickets for you and get working on your issues immediately. Alternatively you can send us an email which will automatically raise a ticket with the support team for you. Finally you can raise a ticket using our remote management software installed on your computer. It couldn’t be easier.
We certainly do! Whichever your preferred platform, we have the tools and expertise to monitor, protect, and support your devices.
We support Apple and Android devices with our mobile device management solution. We can ensure that your company data and your staff access to that data maintains compliant even when accessed through mobile devices. If you wish to lock down devices to only perform business operations, we can do that too!
