Our customers frequently request site visits from us, and we are happy to do so. Sitting at our desks behind a phone all day every day is not how we like to work, and visiting you means we get to go outside!
We don’t like waiting for problems to be solved, and know that you don’t either, so we strive to resolve 80% of problems within first contact. 80% of issues reported to us are solved straight away from that initial contact.
Our customers look at us as their own internal IT department, and we never turn away a phone call or request for help. We do whatever we can to help you, and we will speak to suppliers on your behalf to save you time. If we are your only number for resolving issues with your internet services, computer issues, software issues and giving you consultancy then we are doing our job right.
