Since our founding in 2008 Southern Solutions have had one goal; providing exemplary business IT support services to our clients. Going beyond client expectations in the service we provide is the norm for us. We work closely with all our customers to provide the highest level of IT support. Priding ourselves in our ability to communicate with our customers, we realise how important it is to be approachable and friendly. This positive way of working has shaped our ethos and heavily influenced our customers’ relationship with IT.
Our focus, since our founding, has been working with small to medium businesses across the South, providing them with a completely managed IT service. We’re based in Hampshire but our flexible way of working has allowed us to support a wide range of customers from multi-site courier companies to mushroom farms, always providing the highest level of business IT support services.
Many of the companies we work with see us as an integral part of their business. This is something we strive to achieve with customers by working hard to form trust-based relationships. Too often we’re approached by companies that are at the end of their tether with their IT, generally they don’t understand it, or it doesn’t work for them in the way they want and the system spends more time down than fully operational. We’re all too aware that this down time costs money, providing a quick and expert service is integral to our operation.
We take the time with each customer to understand their exact requirements and resolve any ongoing issues, this enables us not only to support people effectively but allows the customer to spend more time working. Ultimately, generating revenue not wasting time dealing with issues that can be resolved quickly and efficiently by us.
