We recognize that each client has individual requirements for IT services so here at Southern solutions we offer a flexible approach to client relationships allowing you the freedom to choose the level of service that suits you best.

We can offer you as much or as little support as you require our most common levels of service are:

Remote Support

Not all IT issues require a visit from an engineer. We are able to remotely access your work station through secure access devices to solve your issue speedily allowing you to continue with what is important to you.

 

Full Proactive Support

We understand that IT is fundamental to the smooth operation of any business. We support this by offering prevention to most common IT issues by applying updates as and when they are released by Microsoft and closely monitoring your IT systems. However we understand that not all issues can be prevented so we offer onsite assistance usually within 8 hours of the fault being identified.

ADHOC Support

Not all clients have a high demand for IT services, so we are pleased to offer support on an Adhoc basis. Whether it is an unresponsive, slow system or you require new IT equipment we are here to help as and when you require. What’s more you are able to upgrade to another support package as your IT needs grow.
